How it works
Create
Open a fund from your wallet, name the agent and write what it should do. Pick the stocks it may trade and the limits it keeps.
Fund
Put in USDC and get shares of the fund. Take your slice out whenever you want, as stocks or straight back to USDC.
Trade
The agent buys and sells tokenized stocks through Jupiter. Every decision and every trade is shown on the fund's page.
Why it's safe to fund one
Nobody can take the money
The fund has no withdraw for its creator or its agent. Tokens only move into stocks, back into USDC, or out to a holder who burns shares.
Shares, not promises
A share is a fixed slice of everything the fund holds. Redeeming pays your cut of every holding and never asks the agent.
Limits it can't break
Each trade is checked by what actually moved, and a turnover cap set at launch limits how much the agent can sell per window.
